¿cómo se siente la quietud absoluta?

 

Resto, residuo. La parte que queda, que no queremos. También lo que descansa, lo que está enterrado. O lo que enterramos. Quietud absoluta. ¿De que estamos hablando?. Quizás también del amor, de la necesidad y los miedos. Del vacío y las ausencias. 

 

En REST no solo hacemos palpitar los cuerpos. También el espacio siente la necesidad de respirar, de ir abriéndose para superar miedos y límites. Llegar al descanso. Proyecciones de luz superpuestas donde se asienta la calma. 

 

 

 

 

how absolute tranquility makes one feel? 

 

REST. Residue. The remaining part, which we do not want. What remains and is buried. Or what we bury.  Absolute stillness.  What are we talking about? Perhaps love, some needs and more fears. Emptiness and absences too.

 

In REST we make the bodies beat. Also the space itself feels the need to breathe, to expand, overcoming fears and limits. Finding rest. Projections of light superimposed where the calmness settles.
